Essentials (A / B / C / WOW)

How fast is "instant delivery"?
Within 24 hours of payment. We send the assets via email and a Google Drive folder. Pack A specifically takes 4 days — that's the build window for the 31 authored assets. B and C are ready immediately because they're framework + sequence packs, not authored content.
What does "you own the assets forever" actually mean?
You get editable source files. We don't host them. We don't gate access. We don't need a subscription. If you cancel your Kajabi, your relationship with us, your business — the assets stay yours, on your drive, editable.
Can I get just one pack?
Yes. Each is sold separately. The WOW Bundle is for buyers who want all three at once and prefer the $494 saving — about a third off the standalone total.
Is there a refund?
No. These are digital deliverables — once you have them, you have them. We invest the building work upfront. If something is broken on delivery we fix it; we don't refund. If you bought the wrong pack and haven't opened the files yet, email us within 24 hours and we'll swap it out.
Does it work for my industry?
If you're a B2B service operator (consultant, coach, advisor, agency owner) in NZ or AU, yes. The frameworks apply broadly but the templates are tuned to B2B service language. If you sell to consumers or sell physical products, the principles still apply — but you'll need to translate the templates more than a B2B operator would.

DNAx (Build D / E / F)

Are the timelines real?
3 weeks for Build D, 4 for E, 2 for F — measured from the discovery call. The clock pauses if you miss a sign-off window by more than 7 days. We finish on time when you do.
What happens if I miss a deadline?
The build pauses, calendar resumes when you re-engage. No penalty, no extra charge. But it does push the timeline — a 14-day delay on your end becomes a 14-day delay on delivery.
Who owns the source files?
You do. HTML, CSS, .docx, MP4, schema files, all of it — full editable. Yours to host, edit, repurpose, reuse, fork, or delete.
What stack do I need?
For Build F: anything that takes HTML and CSS — Kajabi, WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, custom. We deliver Kajabi-ready and GitHub-ready by default. Other stacks work with the optional +$297 Deployment Consult add-on. For Build D: an email platform, a Google account. For Build E: a CMS that takes HTML and a Google Business Profile.
How do revisions work?
14-day window for D and F, 21 days for E. One revision round per asset. We aim for 90–95% — the last 5–10% is your voice nuance, the part only you can do. If we missed the mark, we fix it. If you want a different direction, that's a scope variation.
What if my voice changes mid-build?
That happens. If your voice shifts, we capture it again at the next sign-off point. Substantial pivots count as scope variations ($397 each, documented in writing — we won't surprise you with a charge).
Can I add another module after starting?
Yes — but the bundle saving applies only when modules are purchased together. After-purchase additions are full price. If you think you'll want a second module within 60 days, save the $497 and bundle from the start.

Add-ons

What does VA Implementation actually do?
It removes the deployment work. A trained VA does the paste, schedule, configure, test — the execution layer between "we delivered the asset" and "it's live and running." Tasks vary by pack (full breakdown shown at checkout). Powered by VA World — same operators we trust on our own builds.
When do I tick add-ons?
At Kajabi checkout. Each add-on is a yes/no tick-box with a one-line explainer of what it gets you. No hidden costs, no surprise bundles, no pre-selected upgrades.
Can I add an add-on after purchase?
Yes — email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll invoice the add-on at the same checkout price. After 30 days, retainer rate applies (which is higher).
Apify citations vs VA Manual Citations — what's the difference?
Apify auto-submits to 50+ directories — included in Build E. The VA upgrade ($597) adds 12 hand-placed citations on niche, high-trust sites Apify doesn't reach: guild directories, chambers, trade associations, industry review sites. Higher per-citation trust weight, permanent listings.
What does the F Animations bolt-on output look like?
Three branded MP4 micro-loops, 5 to 10 seconds each. Hero background motion, proof-strip logo reveal, CTA button micro-motion. Generated via Pika (Pika Model 2.2 on fal.ai), embedded directly in your three BizCard pages. Source files yours.
