What do our Group Pioneers do? 

Role Overview:

As a Group Pioneer within NOW Networking, we help you leverage your unique expertise and experiences to drive the growth and success of your own 'NOW Assembly' within networking community. This crucial role requires you establish and expanding the group, while ensuring its members thrive through meaningful connections. All with the help of NOW Group and our central team! To be even more precise we have identified to styles of group Pioneer and you should each know which one you are associated with, if you need a reminder reach out to Chris. Either way here are the definitions below. 

Group Pioneer Partner - Split benefit model with a goal of 12 member by session 4, 20 at 5 months and 30 at 12 months. Generally a slower growth model with a longer term outlook for partnership and possibly multiple groups. 

Group Pioneer Launcher - Initial momentum and contact provision with Bonus scheme at thresholds. Faster take off pace expected and higher early returns, mid-term responsibilities projected to decrease and to be absorbed back into the system as a power member.

Your Key Skills and Expertise:

• Direct Networking: Build and nurture relationships through face-to-face interactions.
• Pre-qualified Leads Database: Manage and optimize a database of high-quality leads.
• Email Marketing and Outreach: Create compelling email campaigns to attract and retain members.
• LinkedIn Marketing: Utilise advanced LinkedIn strategies to enhance visibility and engagement.
• Networking: Facilitate connections and foster a collaborative community.
• Lead Generation: Identify and attract potential members to join NOW Group.
• Prospecting: Develop and implement strategies to convert prospects into active members.
• Inter-personal Skills: Use your people skills to engage and support members effectively.

Performance Expectations:

• Establish a NOW Assembly: Launch with a core group of 12 members.
• Grow Membership: Increase membership to 20 within 4 months. 
• Member Orientation: Conduct member orientations following a provided Eye 2 Eye format.
• Support NOW’s Growth: Implement direct marketing and lead generation strategies to align with NOW's strategic goals.
• Develop Processes: Aid in refining processes to enhance scalability and deliverability.
• Facilitate Meetings: Host and manage NOW Optimise meetings, ensuring alignment with NOW’s vision, values, and mission. **Optional
• VIP Outreach: Engage VIP prospects to support event qualification and conversion.
• Prospecting and Outreach: Generate and convert leads for the NOW Group launch event.
• Member Conversion: Assist in converting prospects using NOW’s client management system.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate two Assembly Meetings per month.
• Visit one non-home Assembly per month.
• Complete four Eye-Eye’s or new member orientations per month.
• Maintain 90% attendance at NOW Group online events or send a viable substitute.
• Attend bi-monthly meetings with NOW Group COO.
