What do our Group Pioneers do?
Role Overview:
Forget the old “group leader” label. The NOW Group Pioneer is a regional Member Success Facilitator—your onboarding champion, connection catalyst, and ROI accelerator across the entire NOW ecosystem.
Mission:
Leverage your unique expertise to fuel member success, amplify onboarding impact, and drive regional growth—no longer tied to a single group, but orchestrating member wins across assemblies.
Structure:
- Regional Designation: Each Pioneer supports onboarding and success in their assigned region (e.g., NOW Prime Auckland, NOW Optimise Brisbane, etc.).
- Two-Phase System:
- Phase 1: Pioneer Launcher – Build momentum, facilitate initial contacts, and earn bonuses at key thresholds.
- Phase 2: Pioneer Partner – Unlock net profit share once you hit 24 active members in your region.
