Before you visit

Do I need to be invited to attend a NOW assembly?
No — but you do need to register. The visitor trial gives you immediate access to the weekly assembly schedule. If someone in NOW already knows you, they can shoulder-tap you directly into a session.
What should I expect at my first assembly?
A structured 75-minute session. Check-in round, facilitated 1:1 breakouts matched to your profile, in-room introductions using the I-MELD framework, and an ADD ONE close. You will not be asked to pitch. Prepare: who you are, who you serve, and what you specifically need.
Can I attend multiple assemblies?
Yes. NOW Group membership gives you access to all four weekly assemblies plus Summits and community events. Members typically attend one or two per fortnight depending on their schedule and which rooms align best with their ICP.
What is the difference between a visitor and a member?
Visitors can attend assemblies and experience the culture. Members are inside the NEXUS system — their ICP and partner profile is live, they receive curated introductions through NET_SYNC, and they build relationship depth over time. The visitor trial is designed to help you confirm which experience is right for you before committing.
What time zones do the assemblies cover?
The four assemblies span Wednesday morning (7:15am NZT), Tuesday morning (9:15am NZT), and two afternoon slots (12:15pm NZT on Wednesday and Thursday). Australian members typically attend the afternoon sessions — 12:15pm NZT is 10:15am AEST.
How do I know which assembly is right for me?
